The Dress
I absolutely loved my wedding dress! It was so flattering and comfortable for my body shape, but still felt so elegant. I think it was the perfect mix of modern style in a classic, timeless shape.
The stretch crepe material meant I was able to move and dance with ease, and it also hugged in all the right places.
The dress is still in perfect condition and was dry cleaned immediately after my wedding day.
Alterations
The size 6 needed minimal alterations, just an adjustment on the waist and straps to fit my measurements:
Bust 85cm, Underbust 72cm, Waist 67cm, Hips 94cm.
I had bra cups stitched in but they are easily removed or adjusted - my standard bra size is 10C.
I also had most of the length/train removed as it was too dramatic for what I wanted. The dress still has a small train (with a bow to hold it up) but nowhere near as long as the original design.
