The Dress

This is a Monique Lhuillier dress with some modifications: We added the bow in the back and the wide hem at the bottom, and turned this dress into one of a kind!
The upper part of the dress is a beautiful ivory fabric with silver and white embroidery of flowers with silver beads. This part is 21" long.
The bottom part of the dress, the part that flares out is made of white/ivory chiffon or silk (I'm not sure). This part is 38.5".
The back has a row of little buttons, and a beautiful bow made of the same embroidery fabric.
At the very bottom of the dress, there is a wide hem from that same embroidery, which brings it all together.
The length of the dress, from the highest point to the bottom is 59.5".
To finish the look, there's a little bag (5"x6"), to carry your lipstick, especially made from the same embroidery fabric.
I felt like a princess when I wore this dress, and I'm sure you will too.

Alterations

We added the bow in the back and the wide hem in the bottom. And, we altered the dress to fit a size 8.
