The Dress

I fell in love with this Pronovias Ermin dress when I tried it on at Kleinfeld New York. Even though it was more than I budgeted for a wedding dress it was too PERFECT to not have on my wedding day. It has the right balance of romantic, elegance, and a touch of sexy (got the wows from family, friends and even strangers). It is from Pronovias' Spring 2019 collection and still being sold on both the Kleinfled and Pronovias website. I hope another lucky lady is able to feel as beautiful and relaxed walking down the aisle in this dress as I did. The dress has been cleaned and stored in the Pronovias bag and hanger in a dry, cool place since the wedding in June 2019. What made this dress a winner:
- appliques & sparkling beading was crafted very well all over the body of the dress, a good amount of beading - not excessive or heavy or overwhelming
- flowing train with embroidered tulle that was incredibly romantic and good quality lace (don't want it to snag on sidewalks or stairs when you wear it!)
- the sensual sweetheart neckline helped make my chest area look larger without exposing too much
- very easy to zip on
- train has 2 silk straps for you to hold when walking

Alterations:
- bust taken in approx 0.5"
- 5 point bustle added
- length (train) was taken in 2 inches to fit someone that is ~5'8". the length can be let back out again as the lace was tucked in only

Experience with the dress:
- fits true to size
- surprisingly light & not restricting
- changed into a cocktail reception dress after first dance to avoid soiling the dress when the drinks flowed. Was able to twirl with ease in the dress
