The Dress

I'm so sad to sell this dress. This dress absolutely made me feel like a princess. It is sexy yet elegant on top and beautiful and dreamy because of the full ballgown skirt. The kids at the wedding all kept calling me a princess, and I definitely felt like one.

The dress is a size 6 from the manufacturer and was not altered at all!

I did have a ballroom-style bustle sewed to the inside of the skirt for the reception since the beautiful train would have made it hard to dance in. However, it is all hidden on the inside so if you don't want to use it, no one would ever know. It does look beautiful bustled, and gives you the option and saves you ~$300! The bustle is an easy numbered string-tie bustle so should be easy for you / your bridesmaids to learn how to use.

The color of the dress is champagne, and is warmer than a more traditional white/ivory. It looked better than white against my skin tone and also made the photos warmer as well. For those interested, I also have a hoop and a perfectly matching veil that I can throw in as well. I highly recommend a hoop - makes it so much easier to walk and dance in, and also allows you to adjust the length of the dress to fit people of different heights without needing to hem the dress.
