Alterations
Alterations were completed for bride, but the dress is new and was never worn. Brides measurements:

Alterations include: length for bride who is 5’ 7” to wear 2.5-3” heels, B cups, taken in at the waist and bottom ( bride is between size 2-4), American style bustle a.k.a ‘over-bustle’.
Bustle directions: 1) Under layer of the bustle-includes three ribbons with numbers to match up then simply tie the matching numbered ribbons in a bow. 2) Outer layer of bustle-three pearls on outer layer, pull up on each pearl to create a button loop, then connect each loop to each clear button.
