The Dress
I fell in love with this dress and knew I had to have it for my September 2018 wedding. This is a beautiful classic, yet modern style from Watters that is no longer in production. The gown retailed for $3500 new. The unique lace design features a lustre thread throughout that gives the dress a beautiful subtle shimmer. I got so many compliments on this dress, and it truly is beautiful and flattering. I felt beautiful, confident, and comfortable all day long while wearing it.
I purchased it in a size 6 and then had tailored for me - I am size 0/2, 32D, 5'5" tall, 125 lbs. I wore 1.5" heels with this dress.
Ivory lace with nude silk lining. Back zip with hook-and-eye closure. Bust cups. Was professionally cleaned after my wedding and looks brand new.
Alterations
I had the dress taken in to be fitted to my body shape. Zipper was reinforced and a french bustle added.
