This dress is brand new without tags, this was a sample dress at a wedding shop.
Tag size 14, no alterations, fits a true 14

Removable straps included that can be buttoned on.
Polyester Nylon blend
A couple very small dust marks from the wedding shop and being tried on on bottom of dress. Nothing very noticable or serious. The ruffles in the dress really disguises them. All stains will come out easily with a stain wipe or dry cleaning.
