Owner's measurements: 32" bust, 29" natural waist, 37" hips. Height 5'5" Weight 125 lbs.
Will include a detachable belt (pictured).
Alterations
Hem taken up to accommodate 5'5" height (maybe about a 3" alteration in front). Bust taken in on the sides (but the cups were not adjusted). French bustle with easy color-coded ribbons.
