The Dress

Gently used Enzoani Dakota wedding gown. This dress was worn for only 6 hours. From a non-smoking house. No pets. Gorgeous tulle and lace overlay mermaid silhouette. Scalloped hem lace and a soft strapless neckline altered into a sweetheart neckline. Delicate buttons down the center back hide zipper. Boning in dress makes it a very form-fitting, supported gown with additional cups sewn in.
A few tears in lace on bottom of skirt. Hem is slightly discolored from dancing all night. Dress has not been dry cleaned which is why the price is so low but it has been stored in it's original dress bag since it was taken off. Original price $2,300. Used once and in great condition. This is a size 14 dress but with alterations I would say it's a size 10. I was roughly 145 lbs. and 5'5" on my wedding day.

Alterations

A few alterations to the dress were made by a professional in Winter Park, FL (The Winter Park Seamstress).
-American bustle added
-Cream satin belt with gold embellishments sewn on in front/sides and allowed for bow to be tied in back. Belt can be removed by a seamstress with no change to dress.
-Neckline altered from straight across into sweetheart
-About 1.5-2 inches taken in at the waist
-Cups sewn into bodice allowed for no undergarments needed to be worn
-Taken in on each side down the hips and above the knee to allow for a more fitted mermaid/trumpet look
-Length of dress was not altered in any way to keep original, beautiful lace hem. For reference, I wore 4 inch heels on my wedding day and am 5'5" and the length just dusted the ground.
