This dress was a floor sample but in great condition and can be worn as-is
The bottom has some dirt from it sweeping the floor but it's only noticeable if you were the flip the bottom inside out. Nothing a dry clean couldn't take out if you really wanted to but it's not necessary. If you are having it hemmed it should get cut off anyway.
The dress hasn't been altered.
I put the sizing as street 8 but its a good size for 6 as well. I am bustier (36d ish) and it still holds my girls in well. My bust usually makes me an 8-10 for street clothing but for a smaller busted gal, 6 should fit well too.
