The Dress

This dress is so pretty and unique, with a vintage look but recently made. Graceful ivory column dress. Hand beading and sequins applied with gold thread form beautiful flowers and lines on an elegant Spanish lace overlay, with a delicately pleated sheath underneath. The beads, sequins, and gold thread sparkle in the light and perfectly highlight the beautiful ivory color of the dress. From a distance, the lines of the dress elongate the form. Up close, the detail is stunning!

The dress is floor length, with a small train. There is a bustle loop and button to lift the train for dancing. The dress zips up the back with a hidden zipper, and a hook and eye closure at the top. Optional spaghetti straps can be added and are included.

This dress has a lightly fitted empire-waisted bodice for structure, but from the waist down is an unstructured sheath. It is amazingly comfortable!!

Photos show the dress in its current form (hanging) and alterations, when I wore it on my wedding day, and the catalog images. The dress was dry cleaned two days after my wedding, and carefully stored in acid-free tissue paper and box (no discoloration or deterioration at all). Included are satin spaghetti straps that can be added on, extra beads and sequins, veil (if desired), and tags/receipts.
