This is an absolutely beautiful gown, Wtoo by Watters for BHLDN. It has tasteful, sparse beading and sequins on the outer layer of lace. The straps were changed to match the lace of the dress (same material), but can include the original pearl straps if you like. It is altered for a 5’4/5'5 tall person. Tag is size 6, but was taken in a bit. Super romantic and elegant!
