The Dress
This gorgeous Mon Cheri Enchanting gown in ivory has never been worn! I purchased this dress with the intention to wear to my wedding after party, but in the midst of all the fun, I completely forgot to change into this dress and never ended up wearing it. It is a beautiful ivory shade with an elegant floral design and a tulle overlay. It has had alterations and has been professionally steamed to perfection.
Alterations
I had the length taken up all the way around (there is no longer a train, as this was meant to be my reception dress) and 2 small invisible loops in the back placed to make it tighter around the waist (I thought this looked better for the look I was going for). The 2 loops can be easily removed if you do not want it as tight around the waist. I am 5'3" and 115 pounds. I had the dress tailored with 1.5 inch heels on. There is a bodice lace that came with the dress that was sewn in so that the top is not as see through.
