The Dress

Custom made Grace dress with extra waist embellishment.
Designed and handmade in Melbourne, Australia. Made in June 2018 and worn in August 2018. This dress is in Anna Campbell's current collection.

Hand beaded silver embellishment V-shaped and padded bust. The waist embellishment was custom made, so the embellishment sits lower and is more flattering on the waistline. There's also a hand-beaded shoulder loop detail.

The dress is made of 100% Silk Dupion bust, and 100% Silk Satin skirt lining and Silk Tulle skirt. Includes a modern, in-built train, bustled with a single silk-covered button.

Label is an Anna Campbell "Large" size. I'm a Australian size 16, and D cup.

Has been cleaned as recommended (dry cleaning not recommended).

I felt amazing in this dress and it was so easy and comfortable to wear, because it's a tie-up bust you feel supported, but still able to dance the night away!

There are no rips or tears, the top embellished bodice is in very good condition with no missing beads (that I can find!) and the dress is in almost perfect condition.

The dress has some very small and super minor stains on the inner skirt lining hemline, and inside cup (not visible while wearing it). It also has some very minor discolouring on the start of the sash ties (from spray tan) under the arms, which you don't really notice when worn.

Alterations

Extended waist embellishment custom made by the Anna Campbell Team, so the embellishment sits lower and is more flattering on the waistline.
Hemline of all layers taken up. (I'm 164cm tall and was wearing a small heeled shoe (2.5cm)).
"Modesty panel" satin white panel added by my dressmaker at the bottom of the V neck to conceal bust area (have photo of inside, please message me).
The shoulder detail bead strands are missing a few strands on each side (photos are accurate of what the dress looks like currently) from the because I preferred less strands. Anna Campbell send you a bag of extra beads that will be included so this could easily be added if you wanted the original look of the Grace dress with lots of strands.
