The Dress

I absolutely adore my wedding dress and would love to pass this on to another bride so you can feel as beautiful as I did on our wedding day!

This Anais Anette Amelie dress is the perfect mix of of modern and romantic. It has a silk/satin slip in a beautiful champagne color layered with an ivory lace gown with scalloped details.

The dress is light weight, flowing and absolutely amazing to wear. It was a perfect fit for my spring outdoor wedding and would be a great choice for a spring or summer wedding, indoors or outdoors.

I paid just over $2,000 for this dress brand new from the designer. It is in excellent condition and was professionally dry cleaned and preserved after our wedding.

Alterations

The majority of the alterations to my dress were done in the torso area. I wear a 34 B cup and had cups sewn into the bust of the dress. These would also fit someone with an A or C cup comfortably. The woman who did my alterations also said the cups could be easily removed.

Other alterations included hemming the dress to match my heigh of 5'8. I wore flats with this dress, so take that into account depending on your height and whether you plan to wear heels.

The dress came with a ribbon that originally tied around my waist. I opted to have it cut and sewn into the zipper at the back of the dress instead of having a bow tied. I loved this and it made the dress feel easier to wear and a bit more sophisticated.
