The Dress

Stunning Hayley Paige Halo gown. Beautiful ivory lace with nude lining on top and a tiered tulle skirt with horsehair trim on bottom. The V-neck bodice with open back and crisscross strap detail creates an eye catching feature for a romantic ambiance during the ceremony photos.

Label size is a 6 and I am an everyday size 3. Below are my measurements for reference. Gown was only worn once for a short period of time during my small family-only wedding in September 2017. Since it was only a 30 person wedding, we did not have a dancing reception (no sweaty bride!) thus, dress is in pristine condition! Not worn long enough to stretch out.

Dress was professionally altered by Young's Alteration, a place that specializes in wedding dress alterations and voted "best alterations" in Indianapolis magazine. Dress was taken in at bust, waist, length and straps to fit my measurements listed above. Bustle buttons and loops were added to the back of the gown. Dress was bustled to help lift the tulle skirt off the floor during dinner to protect it from getting stepped on. (Adding a bustle lets you move comfortably and seamlessly from ceremony to reception)
