The Dress

This was hand made by the fabulous, award winning Terry Fox http://www.terryfox.co.uk/, for my November wedding. Terry designed it with me, so this isn't available in her collections.
I am a 16/18 dress size, 5'8, and wore 3 heels.

The dress was slightly raised at the front, to show my shoes peeking out as I walked, and with a detachable train, to make dancing easier.
The pale gold silk has a small amount of hand embroidered lace and beading on the left hip, to match the decoration on the lace sholders, and the top of the detachable train.
The detachable train is covered with organza netting to match with the sleaves, and is held in place via hooks and ribbons, it is easy to take on or off.
The lace shoulder are built into the dress, and have flashes of hand embroidered flowered lace and beading.
The back is a zip, but has lace covered buttons to decorate, with more lace covered buttons to fasten the top of the keyhole lace back, just under the nape of your neck.

This was a joy to wear, and was incredibly comfortable for the whole day.

Dry Cleaned (by http://www.weddingdresscleaners.net/index.htm), and returned in an Acid Free storage box, which will of course come with the dress.
