The Dress

This dress has never been worn! It is completely unused and unaltered. The dress size that was ordered for me never ended up fitting my bust so I selected another, more supportive design and I'll be wearing that in May for my wedding! This dress is gorgeous so I really hope someone else can wear it and I wish it had fit me properly. As you can see, the lace overlay is soft and elegant, it has a small and graceful train, and the strapless neckline has delicate lace outlining the top of the bust.

The seamstress pinned it up in the back while I had it on so that you could see what it would look like with a French bustle, but she has made no alterations to the original dress. It is a factory size two, with the length specifically cut for me from hollow to hem. I am 5'4 and was planning to wear ballet flats. The dress is being stored by the bridal shop where I selected the dress I will actually be wearing to my wedding so they are taking professional care of it.
