The Dress

I fell in love with this dress from the minute I first saw it and loved it even more on my wedding day! The dress is ivory French alencon lace over taffeta strapless mermaid gown with silk satin waist and sash in back with a hand-made flower in ivory. The lace scallops at the hem and bust line. There are also silk buttons all the way down the back. The silk taffeta is so light and comfortable and the lace is elegant, beautiful and classic.

Purchased from Mon Amie Bridal Salon in Costa Mesa, CA, I wore it once on my wedding day and had it professionally cleaned. I did not spill anything on the dress, nor is it ripped in any place. I ordered the size 6 and had only very minor alterations, which include adding a sweetheart neckline, and a French bustle for dancing the night away. I love this dress and want someone else to be able to love it just as much!
