The Dress

This is the MOST AMAZING wedding dress EVER! Purchased from the Monique Lhuillier flagship store in New York. Luxurious 100% silk underlay with a delicate french lace sewn overlay. There is a scalloped split center-front of the dress which opens up to just above the knee. I had it professionally hand sewn from a seamstress at Monique Lhuillier, so that it looked just like the model picture (picture no. 1). When you originally buy the dress the silk underlay is free flowing so it covered the legs and the split was barely noticeable. If you decide that you would rather have it free flowing or you want that option the hand stitching can be removed by any professional. Please note: there was absolutely nothing cut from the split therefore can be returned to its initial state. The seamstress told me for the fashion shows it was hand sewn to sit the way it does. So it just depends on what you would like.
I also had a bra cup size A professionally hand sewn underneath, which also can be replaced or removed. I wore it only for the ceremony so a total of 2 hours before I changed into a seperate reception dress. It is absolutely like brand new!
Professionally dry cleaned by the best and most expensive bridal dress cleaner and then carefully re-packaged in a large box for the best preservation. You will receive the original Monique Lhuillier dress bag.
I am 5 feet 5 3/4inches and I wore 4 inch heels.
I also had a bustle professionally sewn on. (I am extremely detail oriented and the placement of the bustle was altered twice! The location of the bustle can either enhance the silhouette or pull at the dress on the wrong places).
The back has a glamorous scalloped edged train.
